Well...Operation: Wedding Body started yesterday! We still haven't set an EXACT date for the big day, but it looks like its going to be either June 26 or July 10, 2010. That gives me either just under or just over 6 months go get this body in gear!!! When I've mentioned Operation: Wedding Body, I've gotten comments like, "You don't need to lose weight!" or "You already have a wedding body!" While I know that I'm in relatively decent shape.....I want to have a rockin' body for my wedding night!!!! My goal is not "weight loss," as in a certain number of pounds. I don't even own a scale or know how much I weight right now. My goal is to lean out. I do have a little more muscle mass than the average girl because I love to lift weights (shout-out to CrossFit!!!), so I want to really get lean by shedding the body fat on top of that muscle.
And yes, I'm a girl with a plan :)
Right now, I have to get to the gym so that I'm not late for work...but I'll explain my plan later!
