FAIL

Clearly, I haven't kept up on this blog. Today, however, I feel inspired about blogging. Cory and I always joke about "Nicole's Cafe." I LOVE cooking and baking - specifically taking regular recipes and tweaking them to make them healthier. I may start a blog of my recipes and cooking/baking adventures :) I've never felt like much of a writer. That's probably why this blog never got off the ground. Anyways...we'll see what happens :) My hopes aren't high...
